How The Challenge Works:

You will define a fear, it can be either yours, or your horse's fear and make a plan to confront it and work through it.

This is not about just jumping on and telling yourself not to be afraid, it is about working through fear with a plan.

Discovering why you feel the way you do.

Is it justified and a message to yourself to be cautious?

Or is it holding you back from achieving what you want to do?
